Are any roles open right now?
No. Every role is closed for new applications at the moment. You can still register your interest and we will contact you when something relevant opens.
Where are these roles based?
Location: global. We are a fully remote agency and work with specialists wherever they are, provided there is a reasonable overlap with client hours.
Are these employed or freelance roles?
Our roles are typically freelance, project based or retained rather than salaried positions.
How are people paid?
Per project or per retainer, agreed up front in your currency where possible, paid on clear invoicing terms.
Is it worth applying when nothing is open?
Yes, if your expertise is genuinely strong. We keep credible submissions on file and review them first when a role reopens.
Is there a test task?
When a role opens, usually a short paid pilot piece rather than a long unpaid test. We think that is fairer for everyone.
Do you hire juniors?
We usually work with experienced specialists. Junior roles are not currently open.
Do you use AI in the work?
We use AI for research and drafting support. Specialists direct, shape and sign off everything. If AI writes it and nobody improves it, that is not our standard.
What happens to my data?
Submissions are used only for recruitment, held no longer than needed and never sold. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy.
Will I hear back?
We read every submission, but while all roles are closed we only reply when there is a genuine fit. We reply within one hour during working hours, and always within two.
