Typical investment
Every price on this page is a starting point, not a ceiling or a package you have to squeeze into. Scope, market, research depth, subject-matter complexity and turnaround all move the number, so we quote per project in writing after a short call.
We work whichever way suits you: per project with a fixed price, per hour where the scope genuinely cannot be pinned down, or on a monthly retainer when you want a predictable output and a team that already knows your brand. Retainers are the cheapest per piece; one-off projects are the easiest to try us with.
Prices are shown in your local currency where we can detect it, and we invoice in your preferred currency. No lock-in, no set-up fee, and you own the work outright once invoices are settled.

How we can bill you
There is no single right way to buy content, so we do not force one. Pick whichever of these suits your budget, your cash flow and how predictable the work is.
- Per project. The most common choice. You get one fixed number, agreed in writing before anything starts, covering scope, two rounds of revisions and delivery date.
- Per month, on retainer. Best when there is an ongoing programme to run. An agreed monthly scope, priority turnaround and a quarterly strategy review.
- Per hour. Available when the work genuinely cannot be scoped up front: consulting, editing passes, workshop facilitation or ad hoc support. Tracked transparently.
- Per word or per piece. For high-volume content programmes where you know exactly what you need and simply want a reliable rate.
- White label. Agency rates for agencies, invoiced to you, delivered under your brand.
What is always included
- A written scope with a fixed price before any work begins.
- A named specialist on your account rather than a rotating pool.
- Two rounds of revisions as standard on every deliverable.
- Research, keyword work and SEO, AEO and GEO structuring, not charged as an extra.
- Access to your client dashboard for briefs and deliverables.
- A reply from a real person within one hour during working hours, and always within two.
What affects the price
Two briefs that look identical on paper can cost very different amounts, and it is worth knowing why before you compare quotes.
- Research depth. A well-briefed piece in a familiar category costs less than one requiring subject-matter interviews, regulatory checks or primary data.
- Seniority. Some categories need a specialist writer with real domain experience. That costs more and is usually worth it.
- Turnaround. Standard scheduling is included. Genuine rush work carries a premium because it displaces other commitments.
- Volume and commitment. Ongoing programmes are priced more keenly than one-off pieces, because the ramp-up cost is spread.
- Number of markets. Localising one message across several countries costs less per market than writing each from scratch.
Currencies and payment
We invoice in AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AED, SAR, INR, SGD and ZAR among others, so you are never paying a conversion penalty to work with us. Projects are typically fifty percent to start and fifty on delivery. Retainers are monthly in advance with a notice period rather than a multi-year lock-in. Enterprise clients can be set up on purchase orders and standard net terms.
