Yes. Every payment is invoiced by Maxim Marketing & Advertising Agency, a registered business headquartered in Delhi, India, showing GSTIN 07HTKPS8608J1ZU and IEC HTKPS8608J. Export invoices are issued under the relevant zero-rated provisions where they apply.
Where are your bank details?
Beneficiary and routing details are issued on your proforma invoice rather than published on the website. This protects both sides from payment redirection fraud, which is the most common way agency invoices get intercepted.
How long does a bank transfer take to clear?
Domestic Indian transfers usually clear the same working day. International SWIFT transfers typically take two to four working days depending on your bank and the correspondent route.
Can I pay a deposit and settle the balance later?
Yes. Most projects run on a deposit of 40 to 50 percent to begin, with the balance on delivery. Longer engagements are billed monthly or against agreed milestones.
Is there a minimum amount?
No. Guest post fees from $75 and project deposits from $500 are handled through the same page as enterprise sponsorships of $25,000 and above.
Can my company pay against a purchase order?
Yes. Send your purchase order number in the form and we will reference it on the invoice, with net-15 or net-30 terms agreed in writing before work begins.
What if I paid the wrong amount or need a refund?
Tell us within seven days and we will correct it. Overpayments are refunded to the original payment method or credited against your next invoice, whichever you prefer.
Are online card payments secure?
Yes. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own encrypted checkout, never on this website, and we never see or store your card number.
