Pro bono impact programme
Sponsor Brand & Content Marketing for Non-Profits Worldwide
Grassroots organisations rarely lose because the work is weak. They lose because nobody hears about it. Our Pro Bono Impact programme pairs corporate sponsors with vetted non-profits and gives those non-profits agency-grade brand, content and fundraising work at no cost to them.
The short answer
Corporate sponsors fund the programme from $5,000. Draft Rooom then delivers brand strategy, website copy, SEO and answer-engine content, donor and grant writing, campaigns and reporting to vetted non-profits free of charge. Sponsors receive named credit, co-branded case studies and quarterly impact reporting they can use in ESG and CSR disclosures. Non-profits can apply directly on this page at no cost.
How the model works
Sponsorship that buys work, not goodwill
Most corporate giving hands over money and hopes. This programme hands over finished marketing: messaging, copy, campaigns and reporting, built by the same team that works on commercial accounts.
It is sponsorship, not charity collection
Draft Rooom is a commercial agency, not a registered charity. Sponsors buy marketing services that we deliver to vetted non-profits at no cost to those organisations. That keeps the arrangement clean for your finance and legal teams.
Your money pays specialists, not overheads
Sponsorship funds the strategists, writers, designers and editors doing the work. Non-profits receive professional output, not a cash transfer they then have to spend on agencies.
Every output is evidenced
You receive the actual assets produced, the organisations they went to, and the traffic, sign-up or donation movement that followed.
Recognition you can publish
Named credit, co-branded case studies and reporting packs you can use in ESG disclosures, investor updates and your own marketing.
Causes we support
Six fields where we already work for free
Choose the cause your business wants to be associated with, or let us match you with an organisation where the need is sharpest right now.
Schools, learning charities and skills programmes
Education and digital literacy
Curriculum explainers, donor storytelling, scholarship campaigns and enrolment content for grassroots schools, after-school programmes and vocational trusts.
Conservation, clean water and rewilding groups
Climate and environmental conservation
Campaign messaging, impact reports, land and species storytelling, and supporter recruitment content for environmental non-profits.
Free clinics, patient groups and wellbeing charities
Healthcare and mental wellbeing
Plain-language health awareness content, patient guides, volunteer recruitment and grant narratives, all reviewed by the organisation's own qualified staff before publication.
Self-help groups, cooperatives and shelters
Women and community empowerment
Brand identity copy, marketplace listings, funding decks and visibility campaigns for women-led cooperatives and community enterprises.
Sanctuaries, rescue networks and welfare charities
Animal rescue and welfare
Adoption campaigns, rescue storytelling, monthly-giving appeals and social content for animal welfare organisations.
Food banks, relief networks and shelter projects
Humanitarian relief and food security
Emergency appeal copy, donor updates, corporate partnership decks and community outreach content for relief organisations.
Health, legal and financial content produced for non-profits is written as marketing and educational material and is always reviewed by the organisation’s own qualified people before publication. It is never professional advice.

Accountability
How we vet every organisation we support
Sponsors are entitled to know exactly where their money goes. These are the checks every recipient passes before a single hour of work is committed.
Legal registration
The organisation must be a registered non-profit, charity, trust, society or equivalent in its own country, with documentation we can verify.
Genuine grassroots need
We prioritise small and mid-sized organisations that cannot afford agency-grade marketing, not large institutions with existing budgets.
Clear mission and outcomes
Applicants must show what they actually deliver on the ground and how better marketing would change it.
No political or religious campaigning
We support humanitarian, educational, environmental, health and welfare work, not electoral or proselytising campaigns.
Capacity to use the work
Someone at the organisation must be able to publish, send and maintain what we build, so the work keeps earning after we finish.
Transparent reporting
Recipients agree to share results so sponsors receive honest reporting rather than marketing gloss.

Questions people ask
Sponsorship and pro bono questions
What corporate CSR teams and non-profit leaders ask before they get involved. If your question is not here, send it over and a real person answers within one business day.
What is the Draft Rooom Pro Bono Impact programme?
It is a corporate sponsorship programme. Companies fund brand and content marketing work, and we deliver that work free of charge to vetted non-profits and grassroots organisations worldwide. Sponsorship tiers start at $5,000.
Why is this sponsorship rather than a donation?
Draft Rooom is a commercial marketing agency, not a registered charity, so we do not collect charitable donations. Sponsors purchase marketing services that we then deliver to non-profits at no cost to them. This keeps the arrangement compliant for both sides.
How much does corporate sponsorship cost?
Three tiers: $5,000 funds a full quarter of work for one non-profit, $10,000 funds an end-to-end digital revamp for two, and $25,000 funds an annual accelerator across five organisations. Larger custom programmes are arranged on request.
Can we sponsor a specific cause or region?
Yes. Tell us the cause area, country or region that matters to your business and we will match you with vetted organisations working there, subject to availability in that field.
Is corporate sponsorship tax deductible?
Treatment varies by country and by how your finance team books it. Sponsorship is usually recorded as a marketing or CSR expense rather than a charitable gift. Ask your own accountant or tax adviser before you rely on any particular treatment.
How do you choose which non-profits receive support?
Every applicant must be legally registered, show clear on-the-ground outcomes, demonstrate genuine need, avoid political or religious campaigning, and have someone able to maintain the work afterwards. We publish the criteria on this page.
What reporting do sponsors receive?
A quarterly pack listing the organisations supported, the assets produced, the hours delivered and the measurable movement in traffic, enquiries, volunteers or donations where the organisation can share those numbers.
Can a non-profit apply directly for free support?
Yes. Use the application form on this page. There is no fee to apply and no obligation. We review applications monthly and match approved organisations with sponsorship as it becomes available.
Which countries does the programme cover?
It is global. We work in English across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Oceania, and can coordinate translation where an organisation needs to publish in another language.
What kind of marketing work is included?
Brand messaging and voice, website copy, SEO and answer-engine content, donor and grant writing, email campaigns, social content, case studies, annual reports, and video or podcast scripts.
Do sponsors get to approve the content?
Sponsors see everything produced and receive named credit, but editorial control stays with the non-profit and our editors. That protects the credibility of the work for everyone involved.
How do we pay for a sponsorship?
Through our payments page. Card payments and international bank transfers are both accepted, and we issue a full tax invoice from Maxim Marketing & Advertising Agency before any work begins.
Put your marketing budget behind work that matters.
Sponsor a quarter, a revamp or a full year of brand and content work for non-profits that cannot buy it. We will show you exactly which organisations your money reaches and what it produced.
