The DRAFT ROOOM

Agent integrations

Let your AI assistant work inside your Draft Rooom portal

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or any MCP client to list your shared files, create temporary download links, read notifications and check your profile — all under the same security rules as the dashboard.

Your MCP server URL

Copy this and paste it into your AI assistant’s MCP settings.

This URL is the same for every client. The first time you connect, you will be asked to sign in and approve the assistant.

Connect

Choose your assistant

Each client needs the MCP URL above. Pick the one you already use.

  1. Open ChatGPT Connectors and enable Developer mode if you have not already.
  2. Start a new connector at Create connector.
  3. Name it “The DRAFT ROOOM” and paste the MCP URL from above.

After the app changes

AI assistants cache the tool list. When we add or update portal tools, refresh the connection to get the latest version.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT Plugins and select The DRAFT ROOOM.
  2. Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. If the URL changed, delete the connector and recreate it with the latest URL.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the app.

Claude

  1. Open Claude Connectors and select The DRAFT ROOOM.
  2. Refresh or update the connector’s tools.
  3. If the URL changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  4. Ask Claude to use the app.

Claude Code

  1. Start a new Claude Code session to load the latest tools.
  2. If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove the-draft-rooom.
  3. Run the install command again with the latest URL.
  4. Ask Claude Code to use the app.

Other clients

  1. Open the client’s MCP or connector settings.
  2. Select The DRAFT ROOOM connection.
  3. Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect.
  4. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL and start a new session.

What the assistant can and cannot do

  • List your shared portal files, create temporary download links, read your notifications and mark them as read, and read your profile.
  • Act only as you. Every request uses your signed-in identity, so it follows the same permissions as your dashboard.
  • It cannot upload files, change your account settings, or see anything that is not shared with you in the portal.
  • It never sees your password or full session token. The connection uses a short-lived OAuth access token that expires automatically.
